i was practically kept awake by all the noise, as if soundproofing was a foreign concept to them. the 'spa' isn’t on-site but strangely touted, and god forbid i received any special treatment for the inconvenience. i almost wrote a good review but, clearly, expectations were too high. how unfortunate!

We had a lovely time at this boutique spa! The location is perfect for exploring, with easy access to museums and restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, and the area shuttle made our adventures hassle-free. A big shoutout to Andrea, who brightened our mornings.

But here's the kicker, it was a bit chilly upon arrival, and while there was no heater, the comforter kept me toasty at night! I wish the shower had been cleaner, and the mix-up with my airport pickup was a minor inconvenience, but taxis were quick and cheap.

the santa lucia boutique spa has the best location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like montserrat and la candelaria on foot. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. my junior suite was spacious, clean, and featured a comfortable bed, making it a perfect retreat.

Spacious room, clean room with a good firm bed and nice breakfast of fruit, coffee, and pancakes, and the 24-hour reception made my check-in process smooth after a long journey.
